VALVE S.A.R.L ? A SCAM ?
suddenly my bank account balance reduced by a few dollars.. I never ever ever purchased or do or even create an account to do transaction in steam. but why valve took my money?

I recommend you contact steam support and if you're concerned they're taking your money without your permission you can call your bank to block the transaction and get it sorted out with tech support then enable it back on. But i NEVER keep credit card or visa information saved.

Valve SARL is the European branch of Valve located in Luxembourg. Every EU user gets billed from Valve SARL.

and, have you used a new credit card? Those few dollars also sound like a CC verification funds hold.
