Steam monthly hardware survey restart

Hello,
I have logged in from a different computer and monthly hardware survey popped up. Since it wasn't my computer, I had to cancel it. When I logged from my computer, the survey didn't restart. How can I manually restart steam monthly hardware survey?

This starts Dota 2 Hardware Survey (2 for CS:GO, 3 for Source Filmmaker, other numbers seems to not work).
I was talking about the Steam Hardware Survey, where they evaluate hardware of all steam account users every month and post results here: http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey

I know, but that's probably the closest you're going to get seeing that 7 and 753 aren't working.
