Headset broken ?

Today I used my headset Trust HS-2800 and it is broken.
Sound is bad... I can hear sounds, but... Like I am playing and a few seconds there is normal sound for example sound of shooting and then I can hear sound of shooting but that sound is bad and also quietly. Bad sound is also in videos it is broken headset.

Probably I am going to buy a new headset, but I would like to know what is wrong or if I can fix that.

Is it wireless or wired? If it is wireless then your transmitter is ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you are wired, then your wire is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but can be replaced, be careful though it my void the warranty.

It is wired. When I am playing game then music in game works, but when I am shooting it is bugging.
