How do you get a personal backround when you're veiwing your profile.

Go to your profile whilst logged in, click "Edit Profile" and select a profile background that you want to use (you need to have a background in inventory).

How do you get a backround in your inventory? xD

You either get one when you craft a badge or purchase one from the Market.

Look at http://steam.tools/backgrounds/#/ to see all the backgrounds, then just search the name of it in the Market.

Also I found a way to identify Profile Background from other users; for which u don't know the name of the game the background came from.

If you go to a user profile that has a background displayed that u like (or simply wish to identify) Right click the background so u get webpage options; click Inspect Element > then look for Background Image and the link to the .jpg ~ Now all u need from this link is to take down the item #

For example, my active background is this:

U take this # from it > 224460
Then google "steam item 224460"
Look for an official "Steam Community Market Listing" link which should take u right to that item on Steam Market.
