My Download file for TERA is missing. Please Help.

I was downloading TERA and since my internet is slow it was going to take 3 nights to download, and I was downloading the last 2gb of the game today, and then my download stops and goes back into the queue and so I start the download again, just to figure out that the download has restarted.

The download file for it was in the download section of the steam folder, but when I tried to do this fix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gECak7kJnBg the download folder was totally missing and around 35gb of my hard drive memory was restored. So now I just wasted 26gb of my internet and wasted 3 nights of waiting to play TERA just to lose the download.

If there is any possible fixes please help.

I am sorry, but if the files are gone, there isn't anything you can do other than start the download over.

Well I kinda wanna neck myself, because 300kbps download takes so long to download 30gb, but ohwell rip internet and me for the holidays.
