Does reinstalling games delete my mods?
I want to uninstall skyrim right now, and see how much space it takes. But I dont want my mods to be deleted, if I uninstall skyrim, and reinstall it, does all my game information stay there, including mods? Also, If I go on steam on a different computer, will all my mods still be there, with skyrim? Just want to know.

If you are subscribed to them on the workshop they will be reinstalled after you redownload Skyrim.

I have some mods installed on steam workshop. But most are actually from Nexus Mod Manager, or manually. I have to know if this in particular gets stored in steam as well.

You could just copy the modfolder so it is backed up? Worth the small time it takes.

http://gamesave-manager.com/ can backup that and more but i bet it's easy to do manually.

Search on google for "backup skyrim mods"

That I'm not sure about, sorry. I don't really play Skyrim let alone mod it.

No. What I really want is to have all the data of skyrim inside steam itself, so when I can get a new computer, for example, I can play it with all the mods that i have previously installed.

Well you can't get what you want this time then.
Steam transfers some if not all saves and installs mods from the workshop as you may know. That's it. (besides downloading and installing skyrim ofc)

Aww.Alright. But..If i reinstall it right now, since I have my mods installed and everything, will it still keep it? just another thing to know..

I honestly don't know. Maybe? You installed the mods, not me. You should have some idea?
I don't know where all mods are stored, find that out and back them up. They might be deleted.
Use the forum for the game, each game has it's own forum.

You have to install all non Steam Workshop Mods again if you reinstall.
