The game is not optimised correctly yet so even people with the best build possable are having troubles runing the game on the highest settings, i can run it smoothly on high but not epic. Your computer could possably do well on medium but its hard to tell in the games current state.

GT 610 is a terrible card. Maybe you can run it on the lowest settings, but don't except high framerate.
