Onlive controller support.
I recently bought about 5 of these things because they were on sale for 24 dollars each on ebay brand new. And unfortunately the support on them is almost hexing. I can't get anything to want to work right, however, unlike most cheaper third party controllers, theyre accurate and smooth especially at the price. However, with onlive gone, these things aren't really going to get any love from anyone unless the controller gets some sort of native suppoort wrapped onto it.

My question isn't only for the onlive controller, but why hasn't many other controllers or programs offered some sort of native tool to get everyone's products running on it. If the game supports using custom buttons, it works fine, but others will not see it, and steam big picture mode refuses to let me press anything on its mapping tool. I've downloaded about 4 different tools to wrap them to xinput and they do not work at all. yet my huge deadzone ps3 knockoff controllers can play anything in it's sleep. I can't aim with them though.

Is there any hope for support" or do I have to joy to key everything or try to get my controller to look like a ps3, so it can look like a 360 controller.

Please help.

Yes you will always need a xinput wrapper to use onlive controllers.
Problem is that they are not working properly. They do manage to keep the xbox buttons intact, however, theey are out of place. and the more I fiddle with it, the more they spread out. It's as if it's trying to be an xbox controller, but because it's not, it's messing everything up. The fact most solutions are extternal doesn't help either.
If that thing works... I think I'll die...
I don't even know what that thing is supposed to do. Look, If x360ce was actually working for me I wouldn't have made this thread at all. If pinicle was working, or xpadder, or anything, I would not have come.

I am asking for is what ps3 controllers and other acceptable direct input controllers have, support. Or at the least, a program that can shuffle the input of the controller to allow it to be used in the correct fashion as a normal xbox controller. This seems like it should be easier than it is. It doesn't seem that way right now. Mapping keys to every game I own or shipping them to specific games is not helping me. What I am asking for is a solution that makes it just as easy to use, because for as cheap as they were, they work extremely well for it if they would work.

Check out some of the related forums for more specific help. Someone else may have an onlive controller as well.
I thought you knew what you were talking about.

Yeah and im saying check out controller companion. Ask them if onlive controllers work.
Okay. Sorry.
I think it might. But I am not sure if they will take the trouble of using the methods they used to bind x360ce to the program, to actually become a solution for all controllers that need xinput.

I'll see.
