Steam.EXE not working on Windows 10
Steam just isn't working on my PC lately. The client opens, but none of the screens display anything. Clicking on pages leads to nothing. I've tried to update the app, delete & reinstall it, log out & log in, but it's just doing nothing but blank screen surrounded by the app borders. Is anyone else in Windows 10 having this issue?

ADDITIONAL:
I can select the option to go into Big Picture Mode, & everything seems to work fine that way. It's just regular Steam Client tabs that aren't displaying anything.

is steam.exe on white list in antivirus app. this is seen before.

try steam flush command ( google it )

ps.
any ISP change , could also mean port is not open at new isp.
