1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a trusted/clean computer.
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Do this, then ask for a refund again.
If you did those things i listed above your tickets should not be closed in the future and the refund request will just be worked on normally.
You can check here if your refund request is still open after sending it:
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpRequests
Also it can take a few days till you get a answer to a refund request.
Secure your account using the steps above and then make a new ticket.
Then your account is not secure and you did not do the things i listed in post #5.
Steam Support does NEVER close requests without at least a standard answer mail.
That your refund requests get closed before you even get the " refund request received" answer mail shows that your account is compromised and that someone else has access to your account and have a bot running that auto closes all Support tickets you open.
