Report a translation problem
- Restart modem and/or router by unplugging it power, then plug it back in after a minute. If it works then means modem and/or router has issue, and just needed a restart.
- Check your modem and/or router to ensure have nothing blocked via their settings.
- If using VPN/proxy, may cause issues you're having.
- If using custom DNS service depending which one may cause issues.
- If using 3rd party software to manage incoming, and out going traffic, or even 3rd party anti virus affecting apps behavior may cause issues.
- If using custom firewall, pi hole, or etc, and blocking thing could affect things, might want to look into that.
- Flushing your network might fix things, open command promt as admin, and give this a try, then restart PC and test, do things in order.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
If not working still try these in order, then restart PC, and test.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
- ı checked my modem settings everything looks normal
- I'm not using vpn normally but when ı turn on vpn it opens normally browser and app
- checked my dns settings but not any dns setted
- ım not using any 3rd party softwares and anti virus softwares
- ım using normal windows firewall not anyting else
- ı did your sended command prompts but nothing changed
- Unplug the modem and/or router from the power source and plug it back in after one minute to restart the modem and/or router. If it works, it means there is a problem with the modem and/or router, just reboot.
- Check your modem and/or router to make sure their settings are not blocking anything.
- If you are using a VPN/proxy it may cause you problems.
- If you use a custom DNS service, you may experience issues.
- If you use third-party software to manage inbound and outbound traffic, or even a third-party antivirus program that affects the behavior of your application, you may run into trouble.
- If using a custom firewall, pi-hole, etc. and blocking something might affect something, you might want to take a look.
- Refreshing your network should fix the problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and give it a try. Then restart the PC and run the tests in sequence.
reset netsh winsock
netsh int ip reset
If it doesn't work, try each one, then restart your PC and test.
