Steam disabling windows key??
Every time I play a steam game, my windows key shuts off and won't turn back on unless I shut down/restart my computer. I like to take snips and screenshots, and it's very annoying when I am hindered by this. How do I fix this, if possible?

Hold on, I've heard something about this.
Does your desktop keyboard have an fn key? Perchance it has 4 LED lights: NUM, CAPS, SCROLL, WIN
That last one is a toggle that disables the Windows Key when running games (so the start menu doesn't pop up during your epic headshot spree).
[fn] + [NUMPAD_PLUS] or [F9] or some weird combination toggles that and it might have defaulted to always on.
Worth exploring if this is your situation.

The key combination depends on the keyboard manufacturer of course.

On most keyboards I used it was the combination FN+F12.

In my case (Drevo BladeMaster PRO 88) I can enable/disable the [WIN] key with [Fn] + [WIN]

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
