Question: how to view entire library by metascore/steam review score, rather than just installed games?
I'd like to look through my library for any unplayed/missed gems, I made a "shelf" of 'all games' and selected sort by metacritic score, but it only shows the score of downloaded games, everything not downloaded is compiled at the end of the list in alphabetical order. I've also tried finding this functionality on steamdb, but to no success, anyone know a way to make a list based n game rating from ones entire library?

I just found a way to do it in steamdb, but having this function in the steam browser would be nice

I can't reproduce this. If I sort my library on Metacritic score, only one of the top 6 games is an installed one (and 2 are unplayed as a whole). I do have a large section at the bottom without score, but the ones I've checked don't have the Metacritic score added to the store page (it's optional for game devs/publishers to display it).
When I sort on Steam Review, the top 6 are all games that are uninstalled/unplayed for me.
