Steam Cloud Error (Doesn't Sync)
I get the steam cloud error for one of my games and it can't be synced.

In the cloud status in the library where the cloud icon is, where it usually says "up to date" for most games, for one particular game it says "unable to sync" and when I click on "retry sync" nothing happens or it gets stuck on 100%.

Need help. I tried lots of things including verifying integrity and repairing library folders.

Firstly, Steam Deck or on your Desktop PC?

Edit:
For Desktop basics,

We need to know the game.

Also:
-restart Steam and the PC
-Close all background processes

Deleting Steam Cache worked for me
