Can't open steam market in any device

I can open the home page of the steam market but when I want to select a specific game or find something in the search bar it will always come up something like:

Sorry!
An error was encountered while processing your request:

You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later.

I've tried restarting steam, disabling VPN, using a browser, and using the steam android app the result is still the same

Use the Steam android app after disabling WLAN on your phone, that is switching your network completely away.

the restriction is not short, it might even be longer than 2 days.

solution: change IP if you wanna use it earlier.
