Missing executables (For Half-Life, Half-Life 2, hl2 episode one, hl2 episode two, hl2 lost coast, hl2 deathmatch, hl deathmatch source, hl blue shift, hl opposing force, hl source, and Team Fortress Classic)

I recently tried to play synergy and i got this error: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CNIL5nAVAAARXxF.png:large ... i thought it was just the game at first but eventually i tried playing the half life games... and it said "Missing Executables"... any help with this would be appreciated

Have you verified Game Cache Files? Select [game] -> rightclick dropdown menu : select Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache Files.
