What does Global CD key mean?

Question? What does Global mean on CD Keys? I found Borderlands 2 Game of the year on ebay for $10.94 and it says Global CD key and the guy who is selling it is from United Kingdom! And I'm just worried if it was gonna be censored or different from the USA version!

It means it's not region locked; it's not different from the U.S. -version.

Although, I'd avoid buying CD-keys from Ebay, worst of luck you'll get a used key you can't use.

Or a key that has been stolen and gets revoked.
Or, the seller could use that key and the box the game came with to claim your account using the game as proof of purchase.
Better buy from authorized retailers.

Well I shouldn't have to worry about that considering the gift cards I'm getting for paypal comes from a survey type site so if it isn't legit the only thing I really lose is time spent which is fine by me! Thanks for the help and the warning though!

I can already tell you, those "survey" sites are scam, you will get no money. There is no free money on the internet, just like in real life.

actually this site is legit cause I have earned several cards before and every single one of them has worked!
