Radeon HD 7750

I took a Radeon HD 7850 from a friend, but i would like to know if this card would run H1z1 on 60+ fps in 1920x1080, and if i have to change my motherboard etc for it.

So do i have to change my motherboard to use it? Also will the card run H1z1 on good fps?

Would it be better to get an other card? Because my friend has some more cards: the GTX 660 II and the GTX 590.
