How can I change the Showcase name?

I have level 12 and I can put a showcase on my profile, but the question is: how can I change the showcase name? I've seen a lot of people doing that.

You can't change the showcase name but the custom info box allows you to add your own title and context to it.

It's a Custom Info Box Showcase with a blank header title followed immediately by the Featured Artwork Showcase which does not have a header.

edit: if you're looking for their distinctive red/black look, it's Carrion's special profile theme with the animated background swapped out for Waveshaper's black background. I've kind of duplicated with my profile. I just don't have a black animated picture to put in for the featured artwork showcase.
