Why my steam client don't have Retrieve Lost account button??

in my client i have only Create account and Can't sign in button..
there's no Retrieve lost account...
please help me..
my account get hack and there's no retrieve lost account..

when i click the can't sign in button the pop up is invisible how can i fix that?

my other problem is the email.. the hacker change my email in my account so i can't get any verification code..

and i can't go to the next step of the hijack/stolen account because i don't have the retrieve lost account in my client..

i am so jealous that the other player have a Retrieve lost account button..

to reclaim my hijack account i need that button hahahaha..

the only i can see in my bottom of my client is the
Create new account and
Can't sign in...(Can't sign in can't help me because the hacker change my email add so i can't get the verification code sent to the email..)

That button wouldn't help you anyway for hijacked accounts where the user is also locked out of their email or the hijacker has changed the account email. That's why I posted that guide originally.

I've done that and they send a code in my original email address..

I'm not sure what code you are talking about. the only thing I can think of is the Recovery code if you are using the mobile authenticator app, but I haven't used it myself so I can't really help you if that's what you are talking about.Here's a guide that might help.

Please observe the following process to reset a lost Steam account password:

From the Steam Login dialog, click the Retrieve a lost account... button.

If you know your Steam Account name:

Select the I know my account name. option and click Next.
Enter your account name in the Account name field and click Next.
Check the contact email address for your Steam account for an email containing your Verification Code and Secret Question. If you didn't receive this email message, Contact Steam Support.
Enter your verification code and the answer to your secret question in the Verification code and Secret answer fields respectively, then click Next.
Steam will next require you to select a new password. Enter your new password twice to confirm the change, then click the Next button to reset your password.

Please observe the following process to update your password or secret question after logging in to your Steam account:
