HELP--Making a ISO FILE on windows to usb

I wanted to format my hard drive but i want it to boot off a USB (I've done this before but i forget) My computer has no CD -Rom and only USB slots. What i wanted to do is get a ISO image of windows 7pro without having to burn disc images since my PC is incapable of doing that. Just something i can download then put to a USB then boot from it (i have a key code)

I got that already i just need a ISO image of windows 7pro because the micro soft site says "The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options" so i need something else

Microsoft has stopped providing Windows 7 ISOs though, so you may want to reconsider making a disc image on another computer.
