Hi, whats the max amount of friends you can have on steam? (Just curious)

250 (base) + 50 (If Facebook is linked) + 5 per level.

I have 300 max without Facebook and i'm lvl 10 so 5*10 = 50 extra slots for me from the 250 original

You don't have to. It's optional. Also anybody that has 250 friends is clearly using them as more of a commodity then anything else.
