Failed to create D3d device

Hi guys
Yesterday i bought a CS Go, installed steam and downloaded CS. When downloading process was finished i tried to play the game, but error appears " Failed to create D3d devide and so on"
I opened properties>then launch properties or sth like that and i tried to write there -dxlevel ( different numbers found on the internet), and resolution parameters like -w 1366 -h 768 but nothing works. I also followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEfciZG0WRU but it doesn't help. Please help and sorry if you have some problems with understanding my english

I have Nvidia GeForce GT 755M and driver version is 327.62

That is pretty old, you should update your video driver from the nVidia website.

thanks a lot game works, but when i launch the game it is loading for a very long time. The same thing happens when i launch a map with bots. Is it normal? or can i do sth to make it faster??

That depends on the rest of your PC, what CPU does it have and how much RAM does it have?

Well, RAM could be more, 8GB is the current sweetspot.
The bigger problem is your CPU, which is only a Dualcore.
So, RAM may help reducing the loadtimes a bit, but that's all you can do as laptops are not designed to be upgraded.

No matter what type of computer you have, offline with bots will always take a while to load because your computer has to create an internal server and connect to it.

ive tried imputting my screen res in properties
ive tried imputting dxdiag into properties
ive tried troubleshooting
and none of these work for me, not even all three combined
ive never had this error until i updated my windows and its happening to multiple games
garry's mod
tf2
and orion prelude PLZ HELP!!

I have tried a lot of things to fix this problem but if you changed on your computer a driver that could one of the problem and it hard to fix this one. If you did change your driver then you can ask me what should you do?
