Family view, forgot PIN!

Hello all, I have protected my account by family view guard system, for a while. And about two months or weeks (I dont really remeber) I wanted to disable it, but I forgot my PIN... I fallowed steps on how to receive an e-mail from steam with your PIN. I have waited about three weeks now and I dont get an email with my forgotted PIN. I typed my true e-mail adress but nop... no e-mail... so maybe you could have any solution on that? or maybe you know steam email adress where I can write to them about this?
