Issues unsubscribing from workshop items - We (Steam Users/Gamers) demand a solution for this NOW!

Valve is probably aware of this problem, we pay to play games on Steam, we keep Steam alive and now we need Valve to fix this Workshop issue. Not only we can't unsubscribe from items on Workshop but most of us (Including me) can't play games because some mods keep downloading and crashing our games.

Come on Valve, do you job NOW, we don't have to wait anymore.

Yup, I can't play STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic II The Sith Lords because of a mod i subscribed to by mistake. Joy.

The feels mate... I downloaded a mod for L4D2 and this mod crashes my game, now i can't play since last night (MORE THAN 24 HOURS) because i can't unsub for this mod on Workshop.

GG Valve, i know you guys are busy but that's your job, fix the Workshop already!

Same. I downloaded a mod for Left 4 Dead 2 (Rayman1103 Mutation Mod, if you guys can subs and then unsubs, please - tell me) and now I can't unsubscribe this. I also try delete it from folder, but when I back to L4D2 this addon download automatically. I'm really sorry for my bad english :/ Well.. I think we can only wait for an answer Valve.

so steam is still trying to download over 100gb of workshop mods that I've unsubscribed from.
any ideas how to stop it?

Clear your download cache, re-start Steam and see if that makes a difference.
