Any help please how can I make 2 accounts on GTA V because me and my brother need to play it with our accounts?

Hint:I downloaded and installed GTA V on steam and linked to Social Club.

Why can't he just make his own account?

If your brother wants to play the game on his account, he will need to purchase it himself. The game cannot be shared or merged between RSC accounts.

Where can he make his own account and where on Social Club or Steam?

You need to buy a second copy of the game if you need a second account. One account per license.
