Roccat kone xtd problems

Hey guys, three month ago i bought a roccat kone xtd. After a month it happend the first time. I rised my mouse (like everyone does) and put it down to the mousepad (maybe a little bit harder then others do :D) after that i couldnt move the mouse. it hardly trys to but its like im on 0 dpi . when i put it on 3200 dpi i can look around, but its very struggeling and jumping to points. when i put it on the table then its working fine for a few minutes, but because of the hard ground its not workling very long. I dont know why but when i wait for a few hours its working again. But i dont know why this is happening. Its not like i smash it on the ground or something. And why it isnt working on my mousepas but working on my table? I hope you can help me =) Tank you guys!
