how to unlocked my account

as i woke up .. i want to open my account . but i cant open it .
ill check my mail.. but .. it said. "you entered old password, password already changed. 8hrs ago" .
then .. i start to recover my mail(GMAIL). after i recover.. i try to "retrieve lost password" on steam to retrive password of my steam

but after i click .. theres no msg comes on my mail from steam >

ill tried to recover it using .. my phone no. that i linked on my steam >

then .. i recovered it >> but after a few hours .> when im on market >>

theres a new tab comes . that said :

.. i used steam . on over 2 years.. bu i dont have CD keys . or VISA>ATM etc used on it >

how can i recovered it again >?? or removed that red bar on top right side of my steam

i have PA arcana on it and a lot of items + good mmr >> i dont want all of that ti go on nothing ?!! :((



is there a way i can unlocked it without cd key or STEAM wallet code ? T_T

If you never bought a game on steam then why not just start over since you are free2play ???

it have arcana on it sir .. and i play over 1k hours .. that why i want to recover it .. even at least the items..

Try asking and see what they want. They would know if there was no cards or codes used on it.

Maybe, maybe not.
They will know what they will need from you to prove that it is yours. If it doesn't exist maybe they can ask for something else or maybe you are stuck.
Ask them.

Also find out how your password got changed, this is bad news. Someone tried to hack you probably.
