Steam games crashing due to dll and I cant fix it, help please

A few of my steam games crash when i try to open them. A few of these games are unturned, adventure captalist, chivelry, far cry 3, goat simulator, and civilization V. I do get an error report when I run Unturned and it says its loteted near or in a folder. Does anyone know how to fix this?

what comes when I try to run Unturned is

The game crashed.
The crash report folder named "2015-09-07_090212" next to game executable.
It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game.

Captalist adventure has the same crash box thing exept with a diffetent folder.

I went to the folder that it told me and i saw the dll inside that i think it says is the error

edit: never mind that some games you mention use directx9.
get your latest video drivers and install them.
