No. The GT 240 is a nearly 7 year old card. It can neither use DX11 nor has it any chance of running Mad Max. Its way way too weak.

u can tell me about a video card cus i want to buy assassin's creed syndicate but i dont know which video card i should buy... so u can tell me? i heard about amd's video cards..

Its not as easy as just buying a better video card. It also depends on the other components of your PC. What CPU you have, how much RAM? Is you Power Supply strong enough, because a new card means it needs more power and so on.

It would be better if you open a thread there and ask for advice. The guys over there have much more knowledge about those things.
Try to look up the parts that your pc already has (which CPU, how much RAM, Power Supply) and include it in your thread. Then you can ask for advice which graphic card would be a good option or if you have to upgrade your PC.
