@taylor - Have you went through the Troubleshooting Network Connectivity article to see if there's anything of use for you there?

Since I'm unaware of your networking infrastructure, routing, and everything else, there's too many possibilities to list for possible reasons as to why you're experiencing slow download speeds. I recommend just checking over the link I provided further - I see that you've changed download region servers, and showed a speedtest which is showing good results. With that being said, the specific download servers you connected to could be having temporary issues, your routing to those specific servers having issues, or vise-versa. Next, I'd contact your ISP and attempt to get in contact with an actual person in IT for some form of backend assistance to see if it's a possible routing issue via backend - you're also able to do one locally through "tracert/route, or an mtr report if using Linux/etc. Good luck.

Asus ROG Game First III was limiting my internet connection from time to time and causing problems after restarting my pc to even connect to a network.

after deinstalling everything was properly working again
