@Chewy - Check out the Hardware and Operating Systems forum for a more in-depth reply. Ultimately, compare the specifications to those specific game's minimum and recommended requirements. At a quick glance of the system you linked, there seems to be only an onboard GPU provided with the system, which might not be the best idea unless you're planning on upgrading to an actual card in the future. Additionally, the dual-core is going to limit you on games such as CS:GO, Minecraft, and others due to them being CPU intensive.

I'd personally look for a different system, or build one from ground up.
Waste of money. Low tier CPU, low tier motherboard with poor upgrade options, no dedicated graphics card, most likely chinabrand PSU, no OS included.

Could you try help me find a PC that would run CSGO? I want like a budget one that i could upgrade later on.
Even that PC can run well CS GO, cause that game has no serious graphics and is optimized for a wide array of PCs, incldung office level PCS, what yours is too.

But PCs performance is measured on other games. For example how it can run Bioshock Infinite or Metro 2033....

Still I keep my opinion up, cause you don't know what games you will play a month from now and you shouldn't buy a computer which is weak even for games from previous years.
