Linux unmet dependencies

When I try to run Steam, the following shows in "Package Install" window"

@Cosmic - Do you have "ia32-libs" or "ia32-libs-multiarch:i386" package(s) installed on your system? If not, try that, and see if Steam will continue with the installation again.

Edit: Once done, I'd recommend issuing a "sudo apt-get update" command. Let me know if it works out for you.

SOLUTION

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo apt-get install lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0 lib32stdc++6

sudo apt-get install steam -y
