Steam Avatars - Error 'No file received'

So I'm trying to change my avatar but every time I pick a picture and press upload, I get an error box popping up saying 'No file received'. I tried doing it with other pictures but it gave me the same error each time. If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please let me know.

Hell yeah that's funny. The entitlement in some people is hilarious. Steam has been out since around 2004... It's not fair to get angry at Valve for accidently causing glitches while they release a bunch of cool new features and patches to please us. It's a double edged sword, and nobody wins.
