Is it okay to give my account to a friend to buy me a game?
Hi, I'm trying to purchase Xenoverse, the thing is that it's kinda expensive on the market where I live, and it's cheaper for my friend's market (according to country), so, if I give him my account, and he purchase the game for me, will I be able to play it? And does that violate any of the policy? Thanks.

No, it's not ok.
I wonder though, why doesn't your friend want to just buy this game from his own Steam account and send it as a gift to you?

Exactly. Have him send it to you as a gift.

Nope, I wouldn't let him pay for me, forgot to mention that my account will already have the sufficient money to buy the game.
But I wonder won't that be the same if I was in that country, bought the game, then moved to another country? I mean if this is not legal, then we can't play some game if we move to another country!?

Moving countries is legal, sharing accounts isn't.

Not even remotely the same thing.

You agree not to share accounts upon signing up - Its right in the thing you HAVE TO agree to.

That's not fair :\ it's 50% cheaper there

Life isn't fair.

Worst.
Idea.
Ever.

Not only is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and the best way to get your account stolen, but it simply won't work. The purchases are not region bound. If you open your account in your friend country, you still would find your country store at your country prices.
