If I buy a game from the Humble Store while abroad, will its Steam key be region locked or have other issues?

I'm from the UK but am currently on holiday in France. I have my laptop and Internet access. I'm following the Humble Store's End of Summer Sale, and there are a few games I'd like to buy.

On the Humble Store's web page all the prices are now appearing in Euros. If I buy a game in Euros and then try to play it on Steam, will it be region locked and not let me play it in the UK?

I ask because I vaguely remember hearing stories of games in Russia being region locked and copies not being valid elsewhere in the world. And of course, prices vary all over the world. When comparing the Humble Store's games' Euro base prices to what they are priced in Sterling on Steam Store, I've noticed that the Humble Store prices convert to a cheaper total. So if I'm buying these games while abroad, they're cheaper than what I'd normally pay, and so could they be region locked to stop me abusing this discount?

Funnily enough, I think all the other times I've bought things from Humble (Bundle or Store) while in the UK, the prices have been listed in US Dollars. (At least, they're listed in dollars when I look at the library in my Humble Account.) Those games have worked fine on Steam. So am I concerned over nothing? Just checking.

(If it matters about specific games, I want to buy Jazzpunk before its deal finishes in a few hours, and Her Story when it's further on sale.)

sorry if i necro this but this only applies to certain regions like russia and some other eastern european countries... france uk spain austria and whatever are fine even in germany you could register it (even though you cant buy some keys in germany)
