HACKERS - DISCONNECTED FROM A GAME

While we were playing CS GO (Competetive) we suddenly get disconnected from a game, i was playing premade with a friend and we were talking in skype, but we couldnt come back in the game and we get banned for 1 day ( we had internet 100%) , i think my whole team have the same problem.
Probably the other team have hacker who have disconnexted us. I dont care i will have to wait 1 day but the person who have done this must get ACC BAN AND IP BAN, cuz probably this wasnt his main acc.

Steam is software, it can't do anything.

You can report the player if you wish. But your ban won't be removed.

Yea i know i dont care for the ban, but i want they to ban that player, why even they allowed playeres like this to play CS, i have played and League Of Legends for years, and havent seen any hackers there.

If he was cheating he will end up with a VAC ban or an overwatch ban eventually.
