I Can Surf Internet But Can't Connect to Online Games

Hey Guys
two days ago something weird happened i used to play cs go without any problems but out of blue the internet works fine i can surf internet watch youtube but i can't play any game online such as cs go official servers casual and competitive or even other games like battlefield 3 and 4 here's what i've done and didn't help
1- re installed a fresh windows
2- reset the router
3- disabled the router firewall and windows firewall
4- disabled windows defender
5- scanned the whole system and no virus found
6- scanned the whole system for any malware and nothing found
7-updated all the drivers
8-updated the motherboard bios
9-even bought a new LAN card
10-made some fixes from internet like reset proxy setting
11-tried to use Google Public DNS
12-tried something i don't remember called net flush somthing like that
13-opened all the game and steam ports in the router and firewall

after all that still the problem exist
notice : the games works fine on any computer at home my other laptop my brother laptop
help me please :(

thanks guys the problem solved it was a problem form the isp company that provides me with the internet everything is cool now ^^

just wondering what exactly was the problem with the isp company how did you get them to fix it

Well in my country they banned the voip service through the routers you buy from the isp so i bought another router and it fixed the problem i really hate isp companies in Egypt :D
