Download is a sinus-curve when throttled?
Hey guys,

when I'm throttleing my download speed, it reaches maximum speed, stops, and slowly reaches maximum speed again, and so on. I doubt it's related to my connection because it stays at full bandwidth speed when I don't throttle the download speed.
