Can't upload a GIF artwork

Hello!
Every time I try to upload my GIF,it always gets Error Code 101 Unable to connect to the internet,bla bla bla...
It's 9MB 350x320 GIF
Anybody knows the solution of this problem???

Yeah he'll have to cut that down too, should've mentioned that. Had to do it with my own upload before, it turned out to be 1.2MB for about 4 seconds (47 frames total)

OP, like mine above it's sufficient enough at around 10-15 fps at 640x480, with lowest or next-to lowest quality. But it only lasts around 4 seconds for 1.2MB so you'll have to sacrifice more if you want length.

the gif im trying to upload is 652kb size and still i get the error code -119

I confirm that reducing the size isn't a solution, I used an 2.12 MB animated gif that didn't work, I tried to optimize it and I managed to reduce the size to 0.78MB, and still didn't work...
