Downloads slowing to a halt

So i'll be downloading a game or and update like normal (My normal speed is 1mb/s-300kb/s, I'm on Australian WiFi), then the speed drops and drops until it's downloading about 24 BYTES a second

This only started today and only when I tried to download Red Orchestra 2/Rising Storm. I got it on sale on the Humble Store- could that sale be causing server overload?

Hey, do you got this problem since 1 or 2 days? i´ve got the same Problem here, Germany
Yesterday i was updating, normally i have a 10MB/s per second, but from now on, Steam only says i could have 1MB/s... thats 10% .... What Tha ♥♥♥♥?!

So i started a Speedtest on Speed.io, the Result was i have a Ping of 70.... Never had since 3 Years and the new Connection. It shows me i would have a Connection of 3000kb/s.

So i checked out how it works when i Close Steam.... Speedtest again, 10000kb/s 10MB/s Download, Ping of 20.....Well, theres no Problem from you or me, Steam himself made the Problem...

So Steam... What did you do 2 Days before ?

Yeah is was fine for me a few days ago too. I tried using the Steam Beta but that didn't solve anything

Hmmm.. looks like we need to ask the Steam Support? Would be interresting to know what they have done the few Days before this was happend.
