how to submit ticket on activision

i tried to find a way to submit a ticket on activison website... i have some issues with a game...
couldnt find any way.... 1 issue looks like this http://prntscr.com/8a5e1v it seems its trying to load something after i exit the game... but its failing.... any ideas???

so basicly activision support doesnt have any way to be contacted except for phone number... which im not gona dial due to money issues LOL.

Yes there is? Didn't you click the first link in the post above yours?

But you don't need to contact activison because this is a steam issue which activision can't help you with.

ok 1 issue is solved.... now the other problem... i have game crash sometimes... not many... but some... where do i get help for that? if activision support doesnt function properly
