Run Steam and problem is fixed.
I know here on Steam there recently was a complete removal guide posted by one of the Moderators but i can not find it.
Warning. Here on Steam as well as in YouTube video's i see a lot of incomplete advise concearning DNS Unlocker. The virus would not completely be removed following these. A video on YouTube that i thought was a good and complete example for removal then showed web-adres for professional help on a suspicious site. Google & Bing show more suspicious sites "helping with removal" then i am used to seeing when resarching malware in general. (Suspicions according to WOT and Trend Micro site-advisors).
On a sidenote, for the DNS Unlocker i have to agree with
