Can't create any shortcuts

I had to reinstall steam when i had some error messages, but when I want to create a shortcut it says it already is on your desktop...... How to fix?

So, is there any shortcuts there?

You could also manually make the shortcuts but that's not very ideal if you plan to make many of them.

When i used to play on my laptop the shorcuts where made with installation... But now they wont. And I like to use shortcuts. I also use them for Minecraft and Osu! so then it would be very ideal if i had it also with my Games like: CoD, Gmod, Payday 2 and several other games

Yeah I already did that, but not worked at all
