Oh and by the way the website said I could not run the game because my graphics card isn't good enough.

That website is correct. That is no videocard, that is an integrated videochip which has only a fraction of the processing power of a dedicated videocard.

So does that mean that my computer is not capable of handling the game? or could it handle the game but it would just be lagging alot?

I would go ahead and get the game. My friend has a 32mb graphics card and can run the game just fine on the lowest settings.

Your friend is lying. It's technically impossible to run the game on a videocard with only 32MB RAM.

Not using AGP GART Aperture of what is required to run the game, as AGP can use system memory to store textures.

So can PCI EXPRESS video cards using DirectX/Direct3D accelerated graphics.
