Emoticons not appearing
Hello,

Some emoticons not appearing in my inventory and profile.
They used to appear but now showing like unloaded pictures.

Its steam sever side issues, been like it for a few days for many users. I would imagine it will be fixed during Tuesday's weekly maintenance.

I see your emote just fine. It's most likely sync issues with the CDN that Steam uses. Issues are regional and what was hidden for me originally is visible again, so I imagine it won't be too long before we're all back in sync again.
