Previous account stolen

Account name, email address and record of my card number etc all changed/not recognised. Went through the help process, an email was supposed to be sent to the email address given at the time. No email after 10 hours. Tried again with the same result. Eventually gave up and started a new account. All this after accessing Discord!!
