I got hacked and I need help figuring stuff out

Titles self explanatory, not too sure how this happened but it did and a lot of random things I use occasionally or regularly use do random things that I CLEARLY didn't do.

Steams one of them and thats why I'm posting, I just got an email about how my steam profile awarded a lot of awards to a user named "raycorbett1989" and I'm assuming that isn't their real profile or whatever
I checked my points and they were at like 139 or something and looking at the history of my purchases it should line up to be around 32k so I reset my passwords and everything but now I have 72k in my account??

I have no idea what the hell is going on and if I can get help somewhere since I have no idea what to do

Secure your account

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

When you reset your password, it revokes every award you have given out that is less then 14 days old. Not sure if it counts stuff brought in point shop, haven't tested that part myself.
