no refunds for purchases at the community store
why cant i get through to the support team just to consider finding a work around for this error. my account was compromised(hacked) i had just put 20 $ from a birthday gift card, and the following day, it was at .44 cents. and now i am the owner of six legs (duplicate) and some other crap for some game called like dido or dodo. i dont need 6 exacts versions of legs for a game i dont own and have never played. even if i did play it, what do i do with the other five, change my pants every day but saturday. no refunds and then they close the conversation as if i had nothing more to say about it. is it wrong to scream tyrants, tell me im wrong and need to suck it up. and give me the WHY. i will shat my trap. End of Line.

Not hacked, hijacked. You leaked your account information. Account security is your responsibility, and all market transactions are final.

You were NOT hacked (nobody is), you visited a third party where you willingly gave up your account details. All marketplace trades are final, no refunds.

Account security is YOUR responsibility at all times. Next time, don’t trade off site. Keep all trades on Steam itself.
