Can't login NOT because of password.

I am trying to login in to the desktop app I put my username and I am putting the password right I also put the 2FA and after it just starts loading and I can't login. I've seen support and I have tried everything and it doesn't work. I have disabled my VPN and I let Steam through my firewall and have it as an exception in my antivirus. Please help I just want to login.

Edit: also I would appreciate if someone explained how the QR code with the mobile authenticator works.

Required Ports for Steam

Secondly you would be surprised how many do make that error.

The time on your phone, pc and steam server must be the same

That includes time, date, timezone and daylight saving settings. Even being off by more than 30 seconds is enough to interfer with logins.
